Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable project agreement. JYAM reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to its services if a client is found to be in material breach of any agreed terms or acting in bad faith.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
